Can I just be done already? Can I just make some big money already for all I have been busting my butt for?! I can not tell you how long and treacherous this journey has been. Sometimes I truly want to give up and then remember that giving up is not an option. Sometimes I hate everyone around me because I lack patience, Sometimes I want to run far away where not a single soul could find me…and then I think of my fans, I think of the people that love my work, the people who’s lives I plan to touch and change.
The photographers and people that help spread my image to the world that believe in me and the gifts I have been given and what I plan to share. My heart. I think of that little girl in me who smiled one day and said she wanted to make the world smile. With tears in my eyes…I persevere and keep going. I feel like a boxer who’s just about to get knocked the f*** out. I could really use a prayer right now. Thanks for reading, thanks for sticking with me.

Busy Busy

Today is yet another busy day in the life of an up and comer. 2 meetings, rehearsal and then remodeling my home. Seriously, I have no room for a social life and I need my gal pals more than anything right now! I am still…single….staying focused but I must admit it is starting to get a bit lonely after 1 year and 6 months of having no one special to share my highs and lows with. I had a boyfriend for about a week and that was fantabulous while it lasted. hahaha. The only love I have in my life is the kind of love that truly matters anyhow…the love I have for my fans, family and self and the love they have for me. That kind of love is unconditional. I appreciate all of you that read my blog and actually care what the heck I have to say. I am going into rehearsal with Sleepy Brown and the Orion Family and we have a tour coming up soon! I am so excited for my single to hit the airwaves! Much love sent out to Lady Di. I love you girl. Hope to meet you sometime soon. God Bless everyone! Have a wonderful, special weekend. Doing it big in 2009

Wow, wow, wow….the universe keeps pulling all things into my life and with God’s grace I will be able to sustain my strength as I feel the pull for time in so many directions. I am recently involved in so many projects, many of them in which are hush hush but I am meeting so many wonderful people along the way in this journey. I am so grateful. I have so many people that believe in my talent but more importantly me as a person and my heart. That alone is the blessing for me. Today is a day for me to get gathered on all of my next moves. I miss all my friends on live video and plan on making my way back on the show soon. Thank all of you so very much for all of your love, support and fan mail. I promise you I will come back but this is how we can stay in touch in the meantime. There is a new pilot I will be working on as well as a few new feature films. I am getting interviewed so much now it’s just best to google my name and see what surprises pop up. I can barely keep track of all my stuff myself. I just keep moving. Bob and Weave Bob and Weave like a boxer. I keep getting up. I can understand why and how this journey becomes so special to each individual that dares take this narrow pathway to their own personal bliss. For me….this creative journey is my heaven and to be honest….sometimes my hell. I know one thing for sure…the love you send my way is what sustains me. A special recent thank you to my new special friend who seems to be a blessing in my life as well as my career. Please be on the look out for Tommy Davidson in the new movie Black Dynamite. Just got picked up at Sundance. Congrats to everyone on the project!!!!! Again…thankful for everyone I meet on my journey. Including you.

I am soooooooooooo excited! I couldn’t have started the new year off any better…My album will be releasing later this year and I saw my mentor and creator Sleepybrown perform last night. It was a double celebration for me because I was also celebrating the release of the movie Internet Dating starring Katt Williams and P. Miller (formerly Master P) I got a chance so see the film and enjoy all of my new friends work and it made me want to work even harder for all of my fans this year so I can continue to put out films and a performance that will be enjoyed eternally. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate my loyal fan base and how much all of you mean to me. I will always remember who was there for me in the beginning. I will continue to do you guys proud. I love you more than you could ever know. I wish all of you a beautiful and wealthy 2009. Mendoza “The Bulldozer” is back in action and ready to roll…”I’ll sleep when I’m dead”

LOVE is in the AIR!!!!

Oh my Goooooooooooosh! I had the best meeting of my life today! Love is in the air, Christmas is coming and I am walking in the clouds!…okay okay…back to earth missy poo! haha. Sometimes I use these blogs to air out my thoughts so to speak…kinda like a public diary if you will. I sometimes wonder how many people actually read this and care what the heck my little ol’ thoughts are. Anyway…back to the nitty gritty. So I went to Jamie Foxx’s album release party. He had one in LA and NY. It was nice to attend. It was also nice for me to see what I will have to do plus it was nice to see him again and just kinda chill for a bit. I never get out…to be honest I HATE the club scene~ but it was nice to clear my mind of the focus of late.

I have recently found it increasingly difficult to stay focused. I started hanging out with someone recently I am not sure how he really feels about me sometimes and so I find myself thinking about it waaaaaaaaay too much. So, I decided to say forget it…I am back to my normal business and daily grind of excelling at my work and this has created such a positive energy around me that I in fact have now become more sure about how he feels about me and in addition to that I am a bit less scared of love and more importantly my business career in entertainment is sky rocketing. It’s funny how you can wonder how you’re going to pay your bills and yet be having million dollar meetings and people have their hand out to you while you have nothing to give…yet. You’ll find a lot of interesting things as you climb to the top. Now more than ever I am a firm believer of what a gentleman told me a long time ago (who shall remain nameless for his own privacy) on this journey…”you’ll meet God” and the Devil too apparently. I do my best to stay positive and stay out of the dark pits of mental despair or as we strange artists call “pit’s or dips” we all have em. Time to ride the wave! I am staying VERY focused and getting ready for the 2009 successes. I am surrounding myself with the best of the best and it’s time to get rid of the rest. Sorry to say but now I know why people end up getting cut off. It’s not because the person excelling forgets them it’s because it becomes more and more imperative to stay positive and focused as more and more responsibility is placed on you to deliver. Baby…here I come!

Very Cool….

Okay…so I thought my life was completely over when it comes to love, being attracted or even remotely interested in developing that part of my life in general. I recently re-connected with someone pretty cool that has restored my faith in mankind haha just goes to show you never know. He is pretty much everything I truly wanted in the person that crushed me and left me for dead…literally. So far so good. For the first time I am not letting just my heart lead me. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people and fans I have that have collectively over the years taught me that love truly loves and never gives up. I couldn’t be where I am without all of you. I am so grateful. Can I marry all of you please? haha. I now know all that I know because of every experience good and bad. I am grateful and positive about it because it made me who I am and I realized…I am pretty darn cool. A nerd…but definately cool. So….we shall see what more wonderful things life brings my way. I am expecting plenty of joy that’s for sure. I say all this to say. Don’t ever give up on YOURSELF and don’t spend too long looking at the door that’s closed…because another can surely open. And that goes with anything not just love.

Busy Busy! Magazine Shoot, Filming, Etc.

Wow, I am so busy these days. I am about to leave town to finish some shots from the movie I am currently working on called CRUISIN (on a Saturday Night). A lot of promotions are being done on the upcoming film LITTLE MAILMAN starring TONY COX www.littlemailman.com I am very proud to be a part of all of this but also very tired. I was supposed to go to AFM but got so ill with a bad tummy ache and bloody nose! Eeek! I guess that’s my body’s way of saying “Hey missy…slow down”…I am gonna rest a bit before I have to get back up and work with my girl Kelly K for the next Magazine photoshoot to promote Eve Vampire Diva. I am reading the best book right now called “In the Meantime” by Iyanla Vanzant. This helps me wind down a bit so I can actually rest. Although I still stand by my motto “I’ll sleep when I am dead”
